Welcome to Vinings Estates, One of Cobb County's Premier Communities

We are glad you chose to make Vinings Estates your home and we look forward to getting to know you. Aside from welcoming you, the purpose of this page and the attached links is to help make your transition into Vinings Estates a smooth one.

Our neighborhood is managed by the Vinings Estates Community Association (VECA), of which you are now a member. Commonly referred to as the HOA (Homeowners Association), It is responsible for maintaining all the amenities and common areas, managing the association budget, assessing and collecting association fees and ensuring that residents uphold community regulations and covenants. VECA is governed by an elected volunteer Board of Directors made up of five residents. To assist the Board in day-to-day operations we employ an on-site property management company (CMA). The office is in the basement of the Crescent Ridge Clubhouse, accessible from the pool terrace. Office hours are Monday – Friday 10am-6pm, they are closed on Wednesdays to walk-in traffic. I would recommend that you stop by and say hello to the CMA staff so they can make sure they have all your pertinent information.

Key Contacts to Get You Started

We know you will have many questions about the neighborhood in the next few weeks and months and we are here to help. Feel free to contact either the CMA staff or the Board members via phone or email and we will point you in the right direction. If you are interested in joining a committee, you can email that committee for more information. Committees are a great way to get involved in the community and meet people.

Amenities and Q&A

Aside from our great community Vinings Estates has some spectacular Amenities. Check out where they are and how to use them.

We have a page on this website that provides an overview of our amenities along with a document below that answers basic questions about them.

Architectural Procedures and Guidelines

As you slowly make your house your home, we know you are going to want to change some things. Changes to the exterior of your house and outside property are regulated by the Board and an ARC document provides you with the information you need to know before you start making changes. We want you to beautify and improve your home, it’s good for the whole neighborhood. Just remember in most cases those changes must be pre-approved by the Architectural Review Committee (ARC). If you have any questions about the ARC process or guidelines, please contact the ARC, CMA, or the Board and we will assist you.  See the ARC web page for more information.

TownSq

Our association uses the TownSq app and platform for organizing our HOA.  You'll want to download this app and start using it to communicate with our board, access a directory of your neighbors, and view documents.
